Grave Preparation and Aftercare Service

The purpose of grave dressing is to create an attractive bed into which the coffin is lowered, making the final step as gentle, sensitive and comforting as possible as your loved one is laid to rest. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality service with a sensitive touch to ensure the final resting place looks beautiful, clean, tidy and cared for.

We provide the following:

• The dressing of the exterior and interior of the grave with synthetic grass

• Flower surrounds can be provided on request

• A canopy and chair complete the grave side set up

• Synthetic grass is laid around the grave, ensuing the area is clean & safe

• A PA system is provided for prayers/music

A dove or balloon release, signifying the setting free of a spirit, and grave side music can also be arranged on request. 

Finally in the days after the funeral we can carry out a one off dressing of your loved ones plot if you so wish. We will clear faded floral tributes, erect a temporary wooden cross with a name plate, and plant seasonal flowers.
