The death has occurred of Elaine Bowens (nee Stritch) peacefully at University Hospital Galway in the loving care of St. Enda's Ward after a long illness bravely borne. Predeceased by her husband Patrick (Pa). Elaine will be sadly missed by her loving sons Jason & Adam, stepdaughter Ciara, heartbroken parents Joe & Evelyn, brothers Enda & Eugene, sister Kathie, aunts, uncles, father-in-law, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, cousins, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends. May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.
Reposing at her home in Meeltraun on Tuesday evening from 4 pm - 8 pm. Funeral arriving to St. Patrick's Church, Cloonfad for Mass of the Resurrection at 12 noon on Wednesday. Burial afterwards in Cloonfad Cemetery.
